• Browsing data: IP address, pages visited, visit duration (via Google Analytics 4)
• Communication data: content of messages sent via our contact form
• Appointment data: time slots booked via Calendly

Your data is used to:

• Respond to your contact and quote requests
• Manage your consultation appointments
• Improve our website and services
• Send you communications if you have consented

• Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics setting)
• Appointment data: 1 year after the appointment

After these periods, your data is deleted or anonymized.
